IT Support

IT Support takes many forms, from helping to load a new printer, to protecting and treating malware, to complex networks to allow different systems to communicate.

At AcademIT, we understand that support is about the people using the technology, and the people they can serve better when that technology works well.

​

Our Remote Support team provides individual help to users, for issues simple to complex.  And if an issue can't be solved with current resources, we can provide projects to help get a working solution in place.

​

We offer IT support on a per-employee model, and do not charge for number of tickets.  Though we love to talk to our users and learn about their work and communities, we know that their time is best spent on their mission work.

We're happy to support Windows, Mac OS, iOS, Android, and Chrome platforms.  We regularly work with Google Suite, as well as Office 365, and the local version of Office as well.

Remote Support

This is the baseline of our services.  Have an IT problem at your organization?  Call our helpdesk, and our remote support team will assist you.

On-Site Support

This is a differentiator for us.  Many NFPs are very 'high touch', where having someone present is important.  We are happy to provide regularly scheduled technicians to support your campus in person.

Project Consulting

Sometimes an organization doesn't need ongoing support (or already has it), but needs a one-off.  Writing a policy, building a plan, having a technical advocate during a project.  We're happy to help with any and all of that.
